Introduction
The Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Equipment Integration Technology Team primarily focuses on the integrated research of low-carbon energy-saving technologies for efficient heat transfer in ordered turbulent flows. Based on the theoretical foundation of topological ordered turbulent flow structures for enhanced heat transfer through three-dimensional flow separation and mass transfer, the team has invented three-dimensional variable spatial axial multi-channel asymmetric, longitudinal full-space, and controllable ordered laminar-turbulent heat exchange methods. By applying self-supporting, vibration-free modular smart manufacturing innovations, traditional heat exchange methods dominated by collision flow fields have been transformed into low-exergy loss heat exchange methods dominated by friction flow fields. The team has developed a new generation of energy-efficient, low-carbon, and energy-saving systems and equipment. These innovations can be applied in industries such as refrigeration and air conditioning, steel and metallurgy, petrochemicals, new energy power, data centers, and energy storage, as well as in low-carbon, high-quality architectural environments including electronic and semiconductor production workshops, cleanrooms, five-star hotels, office buildings, operating rooms, high-end wards, and luxury villas. By converting innovative achievements in energy-efficient utilization and energy-saving emission reduction into new productive forces, the team provides users with innovative upgraded products and optimal solutions, achieving significant economic benefits.
The team currently has 8 staff members, including 3 with senior professional titles. There are 2 PhD holders, 4 Master's degree hoand 4 Master's students.
Key Research Areas
Mainly engaged in integrated research and equipment development of orderly turbulent flow, efficient heat transfer, low-carbon and energy-saving technologies, including:
1. Integration of nano-fluid multiphase flow and three-dimensional variable space waste heat and waste energy efficient recovery;
2. Ultra-high precision constant temperature control platform technology for semiconductor chip packaging industry chain;
3. Heat pump energy storage technology;
4.Development of low-carbon matrix 3C health and environmental protection products, as well as high-efficiency heat exchange and water-saving equipment
