LIU Yubing, male, Senior Engineer, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from South China Agricultural University; he joined the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 1994, mainly engaging in the research and development of conventional energy, renewable energy, and energy-saving drying technologies using industrial waste heat, with research focuses on multi-energy combined drying technology and the research, development and promotion of various drying technologies for wood and food; in recent years, he has completed several enterprise-commissioned projects, including the Technical Development Contract for Research on Drying Energy Demand and Cost Analysis in Typical Food Processing Industries, Energy Efficiency and Benefit Analysis of Electric Power Replacement in Food Drying Processing, and Development, Testing and On-Site Commissioning of Electric Power Replacement Prototypes for Typical Food Drying Processing, and also participated in projects such as Research on Load Control Technology and Integrated Energy Management System for Characteristic Agricultural Parks in Guangxi and Research and Engineering Demonstration of Key Equipment for Characteristic Agricultural Parks in Guangxi.
