TIAN Xiaoyu，Ph.D, is a Special Research Assistant at the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She graduated bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Department of Automation , followed by a PhD degree in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics in 2023 at Central South University. During 2021~2022, she studied at the Technical University of Denmark as a visit PHD student. He majors in urban low-carbon building energy consumption evaluation and control technologies, power electronics control strategies, offshore wind resource assessment, energy efficiency, human thermal comfort and safety, and related fields. She was responsible for sub projects of 2026 National Major Science and Technology Project, Postdoctoral General Fund project, and participated everal key projects including household photovoltaic inverters, smart electricity utilization, offshore wind power assessment, and user-side optimal regulation, who published more than 30 papers, and rewarded 2025 Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation in Hunan province, and two Hunan Provincial Excellent Natural Science Paper Awards.
