Dr. LONG Zhen is an associate researcher at Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion (GIEC). She received the Ph.D. degree in thermal engineering from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2013 and joined the CAS Key laboratory of Gas Hydrate. Dr. Long focuses on the synthesis of hydrate inhibitors, kinetics/thermodynamics/crystallography of hydrate formation. She has hosted several research projects sponsored from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Province, Guangzhou natural science foundation and oil-gas companies. Currently, she has coauthored more than 40 publications in journals including Energy, Fuel, Chemical Engineering Journal, Energy & Fuels, Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research.
