SONG Qianshi,PhD in Engineering, University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Postdoctoral Fellow, Kyoto University, Japan. Associate Professor, Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Master’s supervisor, University of Science and Technology of China. Project leader of the National Key Research and Development Program on “Key Technologies and Equipment for Circular Economy.” Member of the Expert Panel for the National Science and Technology Awards. Member of the International Combustion Society, the Chinese Chemical Society, and the Japan Society for Waste Resource Circulation. Distinguished reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and for the Guangdong Province Natural Science Foundation. Member of the Organizing Committee of the 8th National Young Combustion Conference. Reviewer for numerous international and domestic journals in the energy and chemical engineering fields.
Primarily engaged in the research of thermochemical conversion of organic solid waste and carbon-based solid fuels, including the construction of digital twin systems for the sludge smoldering process, the application of machine learning methods to predict the distribution of gas, liquid, and solid products from organic waste pyrolysis, as well as the theoretical modeling of coal/biomass/sludge pyrolysis/gasification/smoldering processes. A series of findings have been published in renowned international journals in the fields of chemical engineering and combustion, such as the Chemical Engineering Journal and Combustion and Flame. Over 60 papers have been published in total (41 in SCI/EI), with more than 20 papers as the first or corresponding author in SCI/EI journals in the past five years. Additionally, 15 national patents/software copyright applications have been granted (with a top-two ranking).
