September 24, Dr. Jozsef Steier, the Chairman of Science & Technology and Energy Management Association, in Esztergom State, Hungarian, visited GIEC (Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion).
　 At the forum, Zhou zhouyu, the Director of Technology Services Department of GIEC, introduced the research division, research progress, and main research achievements of GIEC to Dr. Jozsef Strier at first. After that, Dr. Jozsef Strier talked about the Hungarian Science & Technology and Energy Management Association, he said that the main purpose of this visit was to be established research cooperation relationship between GIEC and Hungarian Science & Technology and Energy Management Association. Then, both sides do some in-depth and pragmatic discussion on the contents of cooperation and the preparatory work which could be carried out recently, such as to be jointly set up HUCHIR (Hungarian-Chinese Institute for Renewable Energy Research) Program, to invite GIEC to attend in the International New Energy Forum in February 2010, in Budapest, Hungary.
