The sixth forum of the series of 2009 internal academic report of Key Lab was hold up in 907 report-room of GIEC on September 14. Dr. Zhang Lingzhi made an academic report: The discussion of silicon-based renewable energy. Nearly fifty people, including scientists and graduate students, took part in the report forum.
　  Dr. Zhang Lingzhi has done research in “conjugated organic heterocyclic small molecule”, “design and synthesis fo conductive polymer materials” and “OLED” for many years, a lot of fruitful research results had been made.
 Dr. Zhang showed a potentially revolutionary new energy carrier – Silicon, which would alternative carbonation fuels. Then he talked about the synthetic method, low-power and non-CO2 released. Finally, he highlighted the synthesis principles of H-Polysilianes ( HPS ) and the chemical processes.
