October 27, the Low Carbon Economy Forum of Guangdong, which was supported by GIEC and WWF, was held in Guangzhou. Nearly 300 experts from home and abroad attended this forum. To the low carbon economy development of Pearl River Delta Region, they made a lot of recommendations in many fields, such as industrial development, urban construction, transportation, and so on.
　 On this forum, many different voice, from International, domestic governments, academia and business representatives, had been heard. The best policy of Pearl River Delta Region had been summarized, and enterprise action cases of low carbon economy development, under the situation of global climate change, in global trade, global supply chain, Hong Kong Guangdong Cooperation had been proposed. These proposals promote the domestic and international low-carbon policy and the development of low-carbon businesses.
