NOW Delegation and GIEC Researchers communicated with each other at symposium

Netherlands Organization for Science Research (NOW) Delegation visited Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion (GIEC) on Jan. 19, among whom Dr. Louis Vertegaal is the responsible person for physical and chemical projects.

NOW introduced their projects carrying out in China, and the research subjects they concerned. They also expressed the wishes to expand the cooperation with China.

Dr. WANG Zhongming, from GIEC, introduced the research orientation of the institute, especially recent research projects and industrialization progress in biomass energy conversion.

The delegation showed great interests in the research of biomass energy conversion and expressed the cooperation wishes with GIEC in this field. Two sides made deep discussion about the future cooperation possibility.
