A delegate comprising of 20 peoples visited US for studying State climate action plans, and the report was presented and summarized in Guangdong Building on Aug. 19.

Besides summarizing the report, the next work was discussed in the meeting. The delegate visited New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, studying the whole process to develop action plans for fighting climate changes. More over, they had extensive communications and discussions with officers from US federal and state governments, and specialists in the climate change field. In the meeting, how to use US climate strategies as a source of reference was discussed.
