Undertaken by Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion (GIEC), the project: “industrialization strategy research of energy conservation technology in Guangdong Province” passed evaluation on Aug. 26.

In the project, current industrialization situations and developing trends of energy conservation technologies were analyzed thoroughly at home and aboard; some issues about to develop energy conservation technologies in Guangdong Province were investigated, which mainly include resources, technology innovations, market potential and etc. Based on the investigation results, Guangdong province was suggested to accelerate the industrialization of energy conservation technologies in the fields of green car, energy efficient building materials, solar utilization, wind-power equipment, and energy saving services and etc.　 

The evaluation panel believed that the research of the project is of great significance for the future development of Guangdong’s energy conservation industrialization.
