The Guangdong-HK Breakthrough Research Project “Key Technologies and demonstration of Pure Low Temperature Waste Heat Power Generation in large kiln” undertook by Guangzhou Institute of Energy conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GIEC) has passed the inspection on October 13.

Launched in 2008, This project studied the Dry-process cement kiln waste heat utilization, carried out low-grade waste heat power generation researches and demonstration, achievements provided technical support and services for large furnace waste heat utilization technology promotion in Guangdong Province, and has important significance for promoting energy saving in highly energy-consuming industry such as cement, ceramics, glass, steel, petrochemical industry,
